Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Employer Subscription Plans

Monthly Plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

Annual Plans:

  • Annual plans may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 7 days, no refund is provided for the remaining period of the annual subscription.
  • If you cancel an annual plan after 7 days, access continues until the subscription year ends.

2. AI Mock Interview Sessions

Unused Sessions:

  • If you purchase a session pack and have not used any sessions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • For multi-session packs (e.g., 3-session or 5-session packs), if no sessions have been used, a full refund is available within 7 days.

Partially Used Packs:

  • If you have used one or more sessions from a pack, the used sessions are non-refundable.
  • Refund for remaining unused sessions in a partially used pack is available only in cases of technical failure on our side.

Completed Sessions:

  • Once a mock interview session has been conducted and a report delivered, no refund is applicable.

3. Technical Failure Refunds

If a session or service fails due to a technical issue on our side (e.g., call could not connect, report was not generated, payment was charged but service was not activated), you are entitled to:

  • A full refund of the amount charged, or
  • A free replacement session at your choice

To claim a technical failure refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the incident with your booking ID and a description of the issue.

4. Free Trial

HireHub360 offers a 3-day free trial for employer plans. No payment is collected during the free trial period. Upgrading to a paid plan after the trial is voluntary. If you choose not to upgrade, your account simply reverts to the free tier — no charges apply.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@hirehub360.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address, order/booking ID, and reason for the refund request
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Refunds are credited back to the original payment instrument (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking). We cannot transfer refunds to a different account or payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Completed AI Mock Interview sessions with delivered reports
  • Job posting fees once the job has been published and received applications
  • Subscription fees for days already used (mid-cycle cancellations)
  • Annual plan fees requested after the 7-day window
  • Any service where the refund request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks for services rendered may result in suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and quickly through our support team.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
